铜冶炼阳极炉浇铸渣制取饲料级硫酸铜

THE PRODUCTION OF FEED-GRADE COPPER SULFATE FROM CASTING SCRAP IN THE COPPER SMELT PROCESS.

采用铜冶炼过程铜阳极板浇铸渣制取饲料级硫酸铜，经试验，铜浸出率为９４．５６％ ，浸出液经一次结晶，硫酸铜质量达国标ＧＢ８２４９—５７ 要求，再经二次处理，达到美国客户饲料级要求。

The preparation of feed-grade copper sulfate from casting scrap in the copper smelt process is described.The test result shows that the leaching rate of copper is 94.56% ,the quality of copper sulfate after crystallization can meet the National Standard GB8249-57.
