摘要
碳酸钙废渣与湿法磷酸反应，制备饲料级磷酸氢钙工艺研究和结果，试验得到的优化工艺条件：Ｋ＋ 、Ｃａ２＋ 盐混合脱氟至ｐＨ≥２．０ 时，Ｐ２Ｏ５ ／Ｆ≥３２０，中和ｐＨ＝ ５．８～６．０。
The preparation of feed-grade calcium hydrophosphate from the reaction of waste calcium carbonate with wet-process phosphoric acid is described.The optimum process conditions are as following.When the defluorination by potassium chloride and waste calcium carbonate to pH≥2,thus P 2O 5/F≥320,and pH for neutralization=5.8～6.0.
