机床系统刚度直接影响加工精度和生产效率,所以需要测量机床系统刚度和车削力。文章研究了车床动态刚度在线自动测试方法;阐述了其基本原理和硬件组成。
The lathe system stiffness has direct influence on machining accuracy and production efficiency. It＇s important to measure the stiffness and lathe force. The paper analyzes the online automatic test of lathe dynamic stiffness and elaborates the basic principle and hardware compose.
