摘要
随着科学技术的发展,水电厂监控系统也朝着性能更全面、运行更可靠的方向进步。施奈德PLC以其较好的性价比,在水电厂自动化监控中得到越来越广的应用,为水电厂监控实现了"少人值班",甚至"无人值班"。文章分析了水电厂自动化监控系统的发展过程,说明了施奈德Quantum系列PLC的硬件构成和工作原理,介绍了Quantum PLC在水电厂监控系统现地控制层中的应用;最后以改造后的监控系统的成功投运实例,证明了QuantumPLC完全满足现场实际要求、达到预期目标,为水电厂带来较大经济效益。
With the development of computer technology and electron technology,the performance is more comprehensive and the system is more stable and more reliable for Monitoring System in Hydropower Plants. For good cost performance,Schneider PLC is used more and more in Monitoring System in Hydropower Plants,which makes less people to work on the Monitoring System or even no people to work on it come true. This paper first analyzes the development of automatic monitoring system local control units in our country's Hydropower Plants,and then dwells on the hardware constitution and the working principle of Quantum PLC,especially focuses on the application for Quantum PLC in Hydropower Plants,finally proves Quantum PLC could satisfy the request of spot's actual application,achieve the expected goals and bring great benefit to the Hydropower Plants by the successful operation of the improved control system.
