创建本质安全型企业,是安全工作由治标向治本的飞跃,是安全状态从波动性向长期稳定性的飞跃,必须整体规划,分步实施,重点突破,稳步推进。文中着重探讨了某发电厂创建本质安全型企业的基本思路。
Creating essential safety enterprise is the temporary leaping of safety to the root of the problem and undnlatory property to long-term stability as to the safe state. The overall planning,major breakthroughs,and steady progress must be taken to meet the goal. This article focuses on the nature basic idea creation of safe enterprise.
