小儿病毒性脑炎脑电图分析

THE ANALYSIS OF EEG ON 86 INFANTS WITH VIRAL ENCEPHALITIS

目的:探讨脑电图对小儿病毒性脑炎早期诊断及预后诊断的临床价值。方法: 将脑电图结果与头颅 CT 结果进行比较,分析不同时期的临床诊治效果。结果: 在 86 例病例中脑电图阳性率 87. 21%,CT 阳性率 32. 56% ,俩组比较差异显著( P <0. 01) 。早期病例 56 例全部治愈,治愈率 100% ; 中期病例 20例,治愈率80%,好转4 例; 极期4 例,好转 2 例,死亡 2 例。不同时期病例治愈率存在显著性差异。结论:脑电图对病毒性脑炎检测的阳性率高,而且出现异常改变早,而 CT 阳性率低,出现改变时间较晚。如果病人能早期诊疗可痊愈,一般不留后遗症。脑电图对小儿病毒性脑炎的早期诊断及预后判断有重要临床价值。

Objectives：To investigate the clinical value of EEG in early diagnosis and judgement of prognosis of children with viral encephalitis.Methods：The results of EEG were compared with those of cranial computerized tomography（CT）.The clinical effects of diagnosis and treatment for different periods were also analyzed.Results：In all 86 patients,positive rate of EEG and CT was 87.21%,32.56% respectively.There was significant difference between the 2 groups（P0.01）.Fifty-six patients of early period were cured and the cure rate was 100%.The cure rate of 20 patients of middle period was 80% and 4 of them improved.In 4 patients of crisis period,two of them improved and 2 died.There was significant difference in cure rate of various periods.Conclusions：The clinical value of EEG was important in early diagnosis and judgement of prognosis of children with viral encephalitis.
