Technique Program of Proficiency Testing for Hot Rolled Ribbed Bars Tensile Test

本文以2010年云南省钢材拉伸试验能力验证项目为实例，阐述了采用热轧带肋钢筋样品进行拉伸试验能力验证的样品策划、制备、均匀性检验及筛选技术，以及结果的统计分析方法策划和运用技术，并分析说明了检测结果的统计处理情况和存在的系统偏差。

In this paper, a proficiency testing program for steel tensile test of Yunnan provincial in 2010 was introduced.This proficiency testing for hot rolled ribbed bars tensile test was described,including the choice of experimental sample,preparation of samples,homogeneity check,the technology of samples screening, and the selection and application of statistical method.General resuls of statistical treatment and systematic bias of test results were explained as well.
