体外冲击波治疗胆囊结石——附226例报告

Cholecystolithiasis Treated with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy: with A Report of 226 Cases.

作者应用NE—Ⅲ型体外冲击波碎石机治疗胆囊结石226例。伴服用熊或(和)鹅去氧胆酸作为辅助性溶石治疗。粉碎率为85％。随访六月,74例胆囊结石完全消失(32.7％)。此疗法系非侵入性、痛苦小、较安全。但本组有一例并发肝被膜下血肿,故仍应警惕严重并发症的发生,在严格选择病例的前题下,体外冲击波可作为治疗胆囊结石的手段之一。

We have treated 226 patients suffering from gall stone by NE-Ⅲ lithotripter. Takirg Ursodesoxyeholic acid and Chenodeoxycholic acid serve as assaistant Iitholytic drugs simutaneously. The gall stones of 85％ cases have been totally fragmented. And in 76 cases, the stones are free in 6 months(32.7％). However, we found that one case showed subcapsular hematoma of liver, so we must maintain vigilance to serious complications may be happened. Thus, we recognize that NE-Ⅲ lithotripter is effective, noninvasive and safe, but the patients must be chosen strictly.
