摘要
美国心理学家罗杰斯的"非指导性"教学理论产生于他的心理咨询经验,其实质是"以学生为中心",强调师生平等,营造自由的学习氛围,通过双方非指导性的谈话促进学生的变化和成长。我国成人教育中存在着照搬普通教育的现象,没有结合成人教育的特点教学,教学效果有待进一步提高。"非指导性"教学理论的很多观点适宜于我国成人教学的改革和发展,因而研究罗杰斯的"非指导性"教学,并将其运用于成人教学中具有非常重要的理论和现实意义。
The American psychologist Rogers's "nondirective" teaching theory derived from his counseling experience,and its essence is "student centered" teaching,emphasizing the equality of teachers and students,create a free atmosphere of learning,through both non-directive conversation to promote student change and growth.The theory of non-teaching guide is suitable for many views to promote adult education,and thus the guidance of teaching non-Rogers,and its application to adult education is very important in theoretical and practical significance.
