The paper studies the characteristics of reference books for exams and their users,explores strategies for book collections and service,proposes that the purchase of books should be standardized,principles for interview be clarified according to the requirement of readers,reference books for exams be categorized rapidly and arranged in one area,periods for lending be prolonged and reading service be strngthened.
