复方甘草酸苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation of treating patients with allergic rhinitis by compound glycyrrhizin combined with mizolastine

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法:随机将98例过敏性鼻炎患者分为两组,治疗组:复方甘草酸苷20mg,3次/d,口服,咪唑斯汀10mg,1次/d,口服,共治疗15天;对照组:咪唑斯汀10mg,1次/d,口服,共15天;分别在停药时及停药15天后观察疗效。结果:治疗15天停药时治疗组有效率为78.8%,对照组有效率为65.6%;停药15天后治疗组有效率为89.4%,对照组有效率为71.9%。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎副作用小,远期疗效好。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of treating patients with allergic rhinitis by compound glycyrrhizin combined with mizolastine.Methods：98 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups in which treatment group were subjected to orally compound glycyrrhizin 20mg three times a day and mizolastine 10mg once a day;control guoup were subjected to orally mizolastine 10mg once a day,in which two groups were treated for 15 days.The curative effect was observed when the drug discontinue and 15 days after treatment.Results：When the drug discontinuance,effective rate in treatment group and control group was respectively 78.8% and 65.6%.When 15 days after treatment,effective rate in treatment group and control group was respectively 89.4% and 71.9%.Conclusion：It is little side effects and have good prostecdtive efficacy that compound glycyrrhizin combined with mizolastine treat patients with allergic rhinitis.
