摘要
研究了不同硫化体系、混炼方式、软化剂和补强剂的用量对动态硫化EPDM/ PP共混物性能的影响。实验得出,树脂硫化体系综合性能最好;加工方式以二步混炼效果较好。采用树脂硫化体系,环烷油和白炭黑用量分别为40 份和10 份时,经一步混炼制出的共混物的拉伸强度为7 .69 MPa,扯断伸长率为260 % ,撕裂强度为41.69kN/ m ,屈挠大于10 万次,硬度为( 邵尔A)85 度,加工流动性好。
The influence of different curing systems,blending methods and the amounts of softening agent and reinforcing agent on the property of EPDM/PP were studied.The results showed that the comprehesive property of the resin curing system was the best,the procedure of two step had better effect.The tensile strength of the compound was 7.69 MPa,the tearing strength was 42 kN/m,the elongation was up to 260%,it could endure more than 0.1 million times bending,the hardness was 85 Shore A and the fluidity was good with resin curing system and one step blending,naphthenic oil being 40phr,silica being 10 phr.
