The campus culture construction in the institute of technology is closely related to the enterprise spirit promotion in the State Grid Corporation of China.This paper explores the profound essence of the corporate culture,analyzes the relation between campus culture construction and enterprise spirit promotion.In addition,the paper investigates the influence of State Grid enterprise spirit on the campus culture,as well as the channels through which the enterprise spirit is promoted in the campus cultural activities.
