线栓法制作大鼠脑缺血模型不同类型神经功能缺损特点的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析线栓法大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)制作大鼠脑缺血模型的类型及不同类型的神经功能缺损情况。方法 150只雄性SD大鼠参照Zea-Longa线栓法造模,术后24 h行MR扫描,根据扫描结果将大鼠分成皮质梗死组(CIG)、皮质下梗死组(SIG)及无梗死组(NIG)3组,分析造模术后1 h及24 h的行为学表现。结果 CIG组与SIG组的神经功能缺损在MCAO1h后均与NIG组有统计学差异(P<0.01),而在24 h后CIG组的神经功能缺陷程度明显大于SIG组(P<0.01),但是SIG组大鼠的神经功能缺陷程度与NIG组无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),而在SIG组中1h后与24h后比较神经功能缺损差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论线栓法MCAO制作大鼠脑缺血模型的不同类型所表现的神经功能缺损特点不一样,皮层下梗死在24h内可自行恢复。 Objective To study the neurologic impairment of different types of cerebral ischemic in rat model with middle cerebral artery occlusion.Methods According to Zea-Longa method,we established disease model in 150 rats,and MR scan were carried out in each rat 24 hours after the surgery.According to the scan results,rats were divided into three groups,cortex infarction group,subcortical infarction group and non-infarction group.Behavioral perfonnance on the time point of 1 hour and 24 hours after the surgery were analyzed.Results There was significantly difference between the cortical group and non-infarction group 1 hour after the MCAO surgery(P〈0.01),similar finding was shown between the subcortical group and the non-infarction group(P〈0.01 ).24 hours after the MCAO surgery,neurologic impairment in rats with cortical infarction were more severe than that in rats with subcortical infarction(P〈0.01 ),and there was no significant difference of neurologic impairment between the subcortical infarction group and non-infarction group(P〉0.05).There was significant difference of neurologic impairment in rats with subcortical infarction between 1 hour and 24 hours after the MCA0(P〈0.01 ).Conclusion The neurologic impairment in different types of model after the MCAO were different,and neurologic impairment in rats with subcortical infarction can be self-healed in 24 hours.
