摘要
分别使用轻质碳酸钙和碳酸钙晶须对PP进行填充,研究了填料种类、填料量以及表面处理对体系性能的影响。结果表明,在相同的填料量下,当填充晶须时,体系的加工扭矩较小,拉伸强度和冲击强度较高,对晶须进行适当的表面处理后,体系的性能可得到进一步提高。
The influences of sort, quantity and surface treatment of fillers on properties of PP filled with lightweight calcium carbonate and aragonite whisker respectively were studied. Based on the results of experiments, it was found that the torque in manufacturing procedure was much low and the tensile strength, impact strength was much high when aragonite whisker was used in composites. After treating the whisker with suitable coupling agent, the properties of the composites can be improved.
