摘要
文章通过对"80后"大学毕业生在职人员的抽样问卷调查和对企事业单位人事部门主管的访谈,发现"80后"大学毕业生先就业后择业观念比较普遍、跳槽现象较多,职业适应能力较好,自我意识较强,对升迁、前途十分关注;同时在用人单位的评价中也存在缺乏经验、团队意识不强等不足。这些问题的形成有"80后"大学毕业生自身的原因,也有社会的原因,因此我们应该用积极的眼光看待"80后"大学毕业生的职场表现。
Through investigating the "post-1980" workers with sampling questionnaire and personnel managers in enterprises and institutions with interview,this paper finds that it is common for "post-1980" college graduates to get employed before choosing satisfactory jobs,and job-hopping has become a common practice among them.They have strong ability to adapt to occupations,strong sense of self,and are concerned about their future promotion.Meanwhile,the workplace assessment from the employers points out that there are a few problems,such as they lack experience and awareness of team work,etc.These problems are caused not only by "post-1980" college graduates themselves,but also by our society.Thus,we should evaluate their workplace performance in a more positive light.
