摘要
目的:为建立企业生产质量标准,对糖脂康中试产品中藻蓝素、叶绿素、总类胡萝卜素含量分别进行检测分析。方法:按DB53/186-2007标准中附录B、附录C、附录D规定的方法进行检测。结果:糖脂康中试产品中藻蓝素、叶绿素、总类胡萝卜素含量分别为2 865.34 mg/100 g、443.75 mg/100 g、184.06 mg/100 g。结论:藻蓝素、叶绿素、总类胡萝卜素含量是糖脂康产品的质量控制指标之一,本实验结果可为制定该产品的企业生产质量标准提供基础实验数据。
Objective:In order to establish the enterprise standard of product.The content of phycocyanin,chlorophyll and carotenoid in Tang Zhikang tablets were determined.Methods: Following the Appendix B,C and D of the Standard DB 53/186-2007 to test.Results: The contents of phycocyanin,chlorophyll and carotenoid in Tang Zhikang tablets were 2 865.34 mg/100g,443.75 mg/100g and 184.06 mg/100g respectively.Conclusion: The content of phycocyanin,chlorophyll and carotenoid in spirulina compound tablets is one of the indexes of the product.Therefore,this experiment will be applied in making the standard of quality control for the product.
