负压封闭引流技术治疗皮肤软组织缺损的护理

Nursing Skin and Soft Tissue Defect with Vacuum Sealing Drainage

目的:探索负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗皮肤软组织缺损的护理效果。方法:对23例患者行清创术后根据创面大小填塞医用泡沫材料,引入引流管,缝合、密封,并持续负压吸引,同时实施各项护理常规。结果:23例患者皮肤软组织创面肉芽新鲜、干燥、愈合好,无并发症发生。结论:在运用VSD治疗皮肤软组织缺损的护理中持续恒定的负压吸引、严密的创面观察和护理是重要环节,有效的护理是提高其疗效的关键。

Objective：To explore the nursing of skin and soft tissue defect with vacuum-assisted closure.Methods： After debridement,the wounds of 23 patients were filled with medical foam and implanted with drainage tube,then sewing,sealing,continuous suction and regular care were conducted.Results： The soft-tissue wounds were healing with fresh and dry granulation.No complications occurred.Conclusion： Continuous suction,strict wound observation and nursing were important steps in treating skin and soft tissue defect with VSD.Effective nursing is the key to treatment.
