摘要
基于实地调研和调查问卷的结果分析,对中国IT科技人员培训现状和问题进行了深入剖析,并提出了相应对策与建议。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the questionnaire,in this paper,the present status and issues among the skills training for IT professionals were explored and some countermeasures were proposed.
