摘要
教师、学生、教学内容、教学环境是高校教学结构的核心构成要素,教学改革的核心和关键内容是建设一个基于数字化的教学网络平台,而网络视频教学是数字化教学的重要部分,也是目前有待解决的主要问题,它是对传统教学、多媒体教学和视频教学的重大革新,也是提高学校的现代教学水平提供一个重要的组成内容,具有重要的现实意义和推广实用价值。
