手术联合放疗对直肠癌的临床疗效观察

The clinical effect of surgery combined with radiotherapy for rectal cancer

目的探讨手术联合放疗对直肠癌的临床治疗效果,为该病的治疗提供建议。方法将138例直肠癌患者分为手术联合放疗(综合治疗)组和单纯手术组,观察并比较两组的治疗效果及患者满意度。结果两组共有4例患者失访,总随访率为97.10%。综合治疗组的复发率仅为7.04%,远低于单纯手术组的59.15%(P<0.05)。此外,综合治疗组的转移率也远低于单纯手术组(p<0.01)。综合治疗组未出现术后吻合口瘘及腹部伤口延期愈合,单纯手术组发生2例。综合治疗组出现放射性肠炎5例。综合治疗组的患者满意度为87.32%,高于单纯手术组的73.13%(P<0.05)。结论手术联合放射治疗可以大大提高直肠癌患者的临床疗效,防止和减少复发率和转移率,可在临床上广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgery combined with radiotherapy for rectal cancer.Methods138 patients with rectal cancer were treated with surgery.The subjects were divided into combined treatment group and surgery alone group.The treatment efficacy and patient satisfaction were observed.Results3 patients were lost in two groups,with a total follow-up rate of 97.10%.The relapse rate of combination therapy group was only 7.04%,much lower than the pure treatment group 59.15%（P〈0.05）.In addition,the transfer rate of combined therapy group was much lower than that of the surgery alone group（P〈0.01）.Comprehensive patient satisfaction in the treatment group reached 87.32%,which was higher than that of the 73.13%（P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe results indicate that surgery combined with radiation therapy can greatly improve the treatment of patients with rectal cancer effects,to prevent and reduce the relapse rate and transfer rate.
