摘要
本文通过对高温盐中氯化钠和一水硫酸镁物理性质的分析和相图分析,得出了利用高温盐制取质量较高一水硫酸镁的途径。即先将高温盐配制成为浆料,分离成为镁乳和粗盐,再往镁乳中加一定的水,在25 ℃以下转化,一水硫酸镁成为七水硫酸镁,七水硫酸镁经干燥、脱水。
A new production process of MgSO 4·H 2O wiht high quality from high temperature salts is introduced by analyzing physical properties and phase diagram of NaCI and MgSO 4·H 2O in high temperature salts. First, high temperature salts are made into slurry, and then NaCI and MgSO 4H 2O at 25℃ by adding some water. After dewatering and drying, MgSO 4·H 2O with high quality can be obtained.
