Bible is the most brilliant literary and artistic work in the world,affecting generations of European and American writers.Shakespeare did not create any literary works based on the story of Bible,but according to his works,it＇s clear that he＇s far more familiar with Bible than other contemporary writers.Taking Shakespeare＇s Hamlet as an example,in this paper I＇d like to analyze the Bible＇s great charm and profound influence on later literature.
