目的:探讨新生儿肺透明膜病的X线诊断与鉴别诊断。方法:搜集60例临床确诊,X线表现典型的病例进行回顾性分析。结果:Ⅰ级25例,X线主要表现为肺内细颗粒状及网状影,以双下肺明显;Ⅱ级10例,X线主要表现为肺内颗粒状影及小片状影,大部分见支气管充气相;Ⅲ级20例,X线表现为双肺透亮度明显减低,满布颗粒状及小片状影,支气管充气相明显;IV级5例,X线表现为双肺实变呈"白肺"改变,支气管充气相明显。结论:新生儿肺透明膜病有其特征性X线表现,利用X线胸片,紧密结合病史及临床表现,有助于早期诊断和治疗。

Objective：Explore neonatal lung Transparent Membrane disease X line diagnostic and identify diagnosis.Methods：Gathering 60 cases clinical diagnosis,X performance typical cases a retrospective analysis.Results：25 I level,X line primarily in the lungs of the grain and mesh film to double the lungs,10 II level,X line primarily in the lungs,grain and small shaped video film,most see bronchial inflated,20 III level,X performance to double the lungs and brightness marked reduction in grain and full small first film,bronchial inflated quite obvious.IV level 5,X performance to double the lungs of change to ＂change＂ white Lung,bronchial inflated quite obvious.Conclusion：Neonatal lung disease Transparent Membrane X its performance characteristics of the use of X line chest pieces,with medical and clinical manifestations,contribute to the early diagnosis and treatment.
