针刺配合穴位注射治疗视神经萎缩55例临床观察

目的:观察针刺配合穴位注射治疗视神经萎缩的临床疗效。方法:将我院眼科确诊为视神经萎缩的病例共110例(166眼),随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例(83眼),2组均采用针刺双侧阳白、攒竹、承泣、风池治疗,每天1次,10天为1个疗程;治疗组加用视明注射液注射双侧肝俞、肾俞,隔日1次,5次为1个疗程。治疗6个疗程后比较2组疗效。结果:治疗组好转71眼,无效12眼,有效率达85.5%;对照组好转45眼,无效38眼,有效率54.2%。结论:应用针刺配合穴位注射治疗视神经萎缩比单纯针刺疗效好,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective：Acupuncture point injection with the clinical efficacy of treatment of optic atrophy.Methods：Eye hospital diagnosed cases of optic atrophy were 110 patients（166） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 55 cases（83 eyes）,2 groups received bilateral acupuncture Yang white,save the bamboo,Cheng weep,the wind pool treatment,day 1,10 days for a course of treatment;treatment group as the next injection injection bilateral liver Yu,Shenshu,every other day 1,5 times for a course of treatment.After 6 cycles of treatment compared efficacy of 2 groups.Results： The treatment group improved 71,12 invalid,the effective rate of 85.5%;the control group improved 45,38 invalid,efficiency 54.2%.Conclusion： Acupuncture point injection treatment of optic atrophy than simply the effect of acupuncture,and no obvious side effects and is worthy of promotion.
