摘要 采用对变换反应器和变换工艺进行计算机模拟、求出变换系统的吨氨蒸汽消耗的方法,对热量回收系统不同工艺参数( 主要包括饱和热水塔及水加热器的各项温度参数、系统阻力、蒸汽温度等) 条件下的吨氨蒸汽消耗分别进行了计算,并给出了各参数与吨氨蒸汽消耗之间的变化关系。 With the adoption of the method of computer simulation of the shift converter and process to obtain the consumption of steam per ton of ammonia in the shift system, the specific steam consumption is calculated respectively for the heat recovery system under various process parameters (including mainly the temperature parameters of the saturation/hot water tower and water heater, resistance in the system, and steam temperature), and the relationship is given of change in specific steam consumption with the various parameters.
