浅谈宫外孕患者的临床治疗

目的：对开腹治疗和腹腔镜治疗在宫外孕患者临床治疗中的方法和疗效进行对比分析。方法：以2006年1月~2010年1月在我院进行治疗的240例宫外孕患者作为分析对象,将其分为开腹组和腹腔镜组。其中,腹腔镜组患者行腹腔镜输卵管切开及切除术;而开腹组患者按照常规手术的方式进行治疗。结果：腹腔镜组除手术时间外,其它各项均要明显优于开腹组。结论：腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,因此只要是患者能够认同,应尽量采用腹腔镜手术的方法,从而在对患者造成最小伤害的同时取得更好的治疗效果。

Objective：To sigmoidectomy treatment and laparoscopic treatment in patients with clinical treatment of ectopic pregnancy methods and effect are compared and analyzed.Methods：In January 2006 to 2010 January in our hospital for treatment of 240 patients ectopic pregnancy patients as analysis object,which is divided into sigmoidectomy group and laparoscopic group.Among them,laparoscopic groups of patients laparoscopic resection,and tubal incision and sigmoidectomy groups of patients according to conventional surgery way for treatment.Results：Laparoscopic surgical time outside,group except other aspects are obviously better than the open group.Conclusions：Laparoscopic surgery with small trauma,quick recovery etc so long,is the patient can agree,should try to adopt laparoscopic surgery method and in patients with minimum damage caused to simultaneously obtain better therapeutic effect.
