Sum Up of Operation of Large Unit for Recovery of Latent Heat from Heat Pipe Blow Run Gas

为满足生产能力不断扩大的需要，在国内率先使用了大型热管吹风气潜热回收装置，并在运行中不断加以完善。该装置不仅能满足小氮肥企业同时回收６ ～８ 台２ ４００／２ ６００ 造气炉吹风气的需要，也能满足中氮肥企业同时回收３ ～４ 台３ ６００ 造气炉吹风气的需要。

With a view to meeting the need for continual expansion of production capacity, a large unit is used for the recovery of latent heat from the heat pipe blow run gas, being the first in China, and it has been perfected constantly in operation. This unit not only meets the requirement for the simultaneous recovery of heat from the blow run gas from 6～8 gasifiers of 2 400/2 600 in small nitrogenous fertilizer plants but also satisfies the need for the simultaneous recovery of heat from the blow run gas from 3～4 gasifiers of 3 600 in medium nitrogenous fertilizer plants.
