摘要
[目的]研究猪血球粉与鱼粉组合对鲫鱼非特异性免疫力和血液学指标的影响,探讨以饲料原料优化组合实现猪血球粉对鱼粉的替代效果和可行性。[方法]将初始体重为(18.40±1.07)g的270尾鲫鱼随机分为6组,每组设3个重复,每重复15尾鱼。以不添加猪血球粉的饲料为对照组,其他饲料组猪血球粉含量分别为2.5%、5.0%、7.5%、10.0%、11.5%;对应的鱼粉用量分别为13.8%、10.7%、7.8%、4.8%、1.8%、0。[结果]经过83 d的养殖试验,与对照相比,当饲料中猪血球粉添加量为7.5%时,异育银鲫血清总蛋白含量显著大于对照组(P<0.05);添加量大于7.5%时,异育银鲫肝脏GPT酶活力低于对照而血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶活力大于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组的T-SOD、LSZ、血红蛋白、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、尿素、葡萄糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]在该试验条件下,猪血球粉替代鱼粉对鲫鱼健康无明显不良影响,但猪血球粉添加量大于7.5%时可能会对鲫鱼肝脏造成负担,影响健康。
[Objective] The effectiveness of the pig blood cell meal instead of fishmeal for optimal combination of feed ingredient in gibel carp(Carassius auratus gibelio) diet and its feasibility were experimented through the research on the immunity of the combination of fish meal and pig blood cell meal and measurement of the hematological index of gibel carp.[Method] 270 fishes with initial mean weight of(18.4±1.07)g were randomly assigned to six dietary treatments with three replicates(fifteen fishes/each replicate).The CK was without blood cell meal,and the other treatments were formulated with 2.5%,5.0%,7.5%,10.0% and 11.5% blood cell meal,and relevant fishmeal amount of 13.8%,10.7%,7.8%,4.8%,1.8% and 0%,respectively.[Conclusion] The feeding trial lasted for 83 days.The results showed that compared with the CK,the content of total protein in serum in the treatment containing 7.5% blood cell meal in the diet was significantly increased(P0.05);and the activity of GPT enzyme in liver was lower than that of CK and the activity of alanine aminotransferase in serum was higher than that of CK,the differences of which were not significant(P0.05) when the addition of the blood cell meal was more than 7.5%.There was difference in the content of T-SOD,LSZ,hemoglobin,AST,BUN,GLU,TCHO,TG and LDL-C among treatments.[Conclusion] Under the experimental condition,the blood cell meal can partially replace fish meal,which was no adverse effect on the health of gibel carp.The addition of the blood cell meal of more than 7.5% could affect the health of gibel carp liver.
