摘要
研究了运用凝胶色谱串联气相色谱质谱的方法测定土壤中多种农药残留量的效果。结果表明,快速的前处理方法结合在线GPC-GCMS真正体现了在土壤多组分农药残留分析中快速、简单、有效、可靠和安全的特点。
The use of gel chromatography tandem gas chromatography mass spectrometry method to measure pesticide residues in soil is introduced in this paper.Results show that pretreatment with fast online GPC-GCMS truly reflects the multi-component pesticide residue analysis of soil in a quick,easy,cheap,effective,reliable and secure feature.
