The Road of Modern Architecture in Suzhou

从建筑的地域文化特征着手,分析了地域建筑文化的重要意义,结合苏州的传统建筑文化特色,强调继承和发展苏州传统建筑文化的重要性,在此基础上探究了传统与现代的有机结合,强调新旧建筑应该注重建筑色彩、建筑尺度、建筑韵律的和谐,并以苏州博物馆、苏州科技文化中心为例,展现了苏州优秀的现代建筑。

Starting form regional culture characteristics of building,the significance were analyzed.Combined with traditional architecture culture features of Suzhou,it was emphasized the importance of inheriting and developing Suzhou traditional architecture culture.On the basis of this,the organic combination of tradition and modern was discussed,which emphasized harmonious of the architecture color,scale and rhythm.With Suzhou Museum and Suzhou Science and Culture Center as an example,the excellent modern building of Suzhou was exhibited.
