Structure and Performance of Supported Amorphous NiP Alloy Catalysts

摘要 采用NiB作为引导剂, 使NiP完全定向沉积到载体上. 用ICP、XRD、DSC、BET、TEM对制备的负载型NiP(B)催化剂进行表征, 研究了这类催化剂对乙烯中微量乙炔的选择加氢性能.结果表明, NiP(B)以超细颗粒分散到载体上, 由于少量B的存在, 使其比相应的NiP或NiB具有更高的热稳定性. 非晶态NiP(B)合金催化剂具有比相应的晶态合金更好的催化性能. 低温氢气处理可以除去表面镍的氧化物, 从而提高其活性. 部分晶化样品比完全非晶样品具有更高的催化活性. NiP was completely deposited on supports by using NiB as inducer, and the obtained NiP(B) supported catalysts were characterized by ICP, XRD, DSC, BET and TEM. Their performance in the selective hydrogenation of acetylene in a large excess of ethene were examined . The results show that NiP(B) is dispersed on support as ultrafine particles. Because of the small amount of B, NiP(B) is more thermal stable than corresponding NiP or NiB amorphous alloy, and amorphous NiP(B) alloy catalyst is more active than corresponding crystalline catalysts. Low temperature pretreatment in hydrogen can reduce nickel oxide on the surface of NiP(B) particles to elemental nickel and thus increase its catalytic activity. Partially oxidized sample is even more active than amorphous ones.
