新农村建设背景下“空心村”的治理问题研究

Study on Management Problems of "Hollow Village" under the Background of New Countryside Reconstruction

分析了导致"空心村"产生并继续存在的主要原因,提出了相应的对策,即:以土地治理为核心,整治与新村规划并举,完善政策法规,严格农村宅基地审批管理以及健全组织机构,加强"空心村"改造。

The generation of ＂hollow village＂ and its continuing reasons were analyzed and pointed out,thus,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,namely,starting from the core of land management,remediation and new village planning were carried out simultaneously,perfecting policies and regulations,enhancing rural homestead approval management and sound organizational structure,moreover,strengthening the transformation of ＂hollow villages＂.
