摘要
为将模态分析技术应用于石油钻机振动特性研究,建立了钻机的简化振动模型. 对现役 Z J- 15 钻机振动模态进行了现场测试,对测试数据进行处理和分析,找出了可能与钻机上动力设备转速发生藕合的几个低阶模态,一阶模态的固有频率为6 .274 Hz ,二阶模态的固有频率为18 .560 Hz ,变速箱四档输出轴的转动频率为17 .719 Hz , 在该模态共振区频率范围内,表明该钻机在钻井过程中使用四档可能发生共振. 三阶模态的固有频率为22 .020 Hz , 而柴油机的运转频率为20 .000 Hz ,落在了二阶模态和三阶模态的共振区中,柴油机不能安装在底座上. 底座的安装连接刚度对振动特性影响很大.
A simplified drilling rig vibration model is created for using the vibration modal analysis technique to study drilling rig dynamic characteristics. The test of a ZJ 15 drilling rig vibration model is done in the oil field. The testing data is processed and analyzed, and some modal parameters that could coincide with the rotational frequency of the power and transmission equipment in drilling rig are found. They are the reasons for causing violent vibration of the drilling rig. So the diesel engine cannot be set on the drilling rig substructure, and the drilling rig prevents it from working at 4 grade rotational speed.
