摘要
为在线诊断电厂锅炉炉管泄漏故障研究了锅炉管的薄弱环节,确定监测传感器的布置方案,研制了锅炉炉管泄漏故障在线诊断装置. 该装置利用声学监测原理,依据正常运行背景噪声和泄漏故障噪声处在不同频段的特征, 进行了传感器的研制. 利用信号放大和滤波技术实现故障信号的识别. 经快速傅立叶变换技术分析, 得到声信号的频谱.利用 A D 转换技术,实现了计算机的实时监测处理和历史状态记录,实现了锅炉炉管泄漏故障早期报警、判定泄漏区域位置、显示泄漏噪声频谱、跟踪泄漏发展趋势、实时监听炉内噪声、监视吹灰运行工况等功能.
To monitor the problem of boiler pipe leaking online in heating power plant, after studying the weak points of boiler pipe and determining the arrangements of monitoring sensors, we have developed an online detecting device. This device has been developed on the basis of utilizing the principle of voice monitoring and the characteristics of the different frequencies between the running noises and the leaking noises. Using the signals magnifying and waves sieving technology, this device can distinguish the abnormal signals. After quick analysis of Fourier alteration technology, we may get an audible signal spectrum. Based on the data transformation technology, the signals are monitored and recorded by a computer. It made possible the following functions:giving an earlier alarm when boiler pipe leaking occurs, determining the leaking points, displaying the leaking noise spectrum, tracing on the developing trend of leaking, monitoring the running noises and dust elimination. It provides an effective method of detecting boiler pipe leaking breakdown.
