弹性预张及复合阻尼系统防治导线风偏及振动

摘要 风载作用于导线,易造成导线风偏和振动,危及输电线路安全。此文提出的弹性预张及复合阻尼系统是一种直接加挂在导线上的设备,通过改变导线的安装状态、张力特点,利用阻尼和缓冲吸收冲击和振动能量,从风偏缓释导线长度和及时吸收风载能量两方面来防治导线风偏及振动,大范围降低风载对输电线路的危害。 Windload applied to power transmission lines would make them deflect and oscillate,and thereby endanger the safety of transmission lines.The elastic pretension and complex damp system mentioned in this article is a facility directly hung to the lines,by changing features of fixation and tensile force of the lines,to absorb and buffer the impact and oscillation.This method is designed to prevent deflection and oscillation of lines by gradually releasing the length of the lines under the pressure of wind and by absorbing the energy the wind carries,expecting to reduce the harm of windload dramatically.
