黄山市提高配网抵御自然灾害能力研究

Research on Improving Ability to Resist Natural Disasters inDistribution Network of Huangshan City

本文研究黄山地区洪灾、地质灾害和冰灾自然灾害发生的特点、特性,从电网现状、农电管理体制方面分析,找出黄山电网遭受自然灾害的深层次原因,从而提出黄山配网防灾、抗灾、灾后恢复综合技术措施和管理措施,以提高黄山市配网抵御自然灾害能力。

Characteristics of natural disasters such as floods,geological hazards and ice damages in Huangshan area are analyzed in this paper to identify underlying causes of natural disasters in distribution network of Huangshan City from the views of current situation of power grid and rural power management system.The aim is to make comprehensive technical measures and management measures for disaster prevention,anti-disaster and disaster recovery,and to improve ability to resist natural disasters in distribution network of Huangshan City.
