气象信息在电网运作管理中的应用

Application of Meteorological Information in PowerGrid Operation Management

气候的变化对地区电网安全运行具有重要影响,将气象信息应用于电网运作管理可以提高电网抵御灾害的能力。文章首先分析了气候变化会造成电网强迫停运、设备损毁的方式,暴雨、雷电、高温都会影响电网的正常运行。气候与电网负荷变化紧密相联,结合宿州地区电网负荷变化特点,建立了基于气象信息的电网负荷预测模型,给出了利用气象信息进行生产安排的流程及方式,指导电网生产计划及应急管理,合理预测短期电网负荷,安排经济调度。

Changes of the climate influence the safety of the grid operation.It can enhance the ability against damages by the application of meteorological information in power grid.Firstly the paper analyzes the ways how climatic changes destroy the equipments and grids.The bad weather such as,torrential rain,thunder and lightning and high temperature may effect the grid operation.Climate is related closely to the changes of the loads of electric power.The paper analyzes the electric loads character in Suzhou district,and the forecast model is established based on the meteorological information.The process and pattern of the grid operation arrangement using the meteorological information are proposed,to guide the production schedule and emergency management,to forecast the short-term loads and arrange economic deployment.
