摘要
P S E C 型抽油机节能控制器采用双向反并联可控硅进行控制的三相交流调压技术,可以通过检测电机电压与电流之间的相位差变化作为控制信号,控制晶阐管的导通角,从而改变电机的工作电压,使电机在空载或轻载时的工作电压低于额定电压,从而达到节能目的. 抽样测试结果表明: 使用该节能控制器的电机平均有功损耗降低14 .92 % ,平均无功损耗降低30 .49 % ,功率因数比原来提高了0 .5 ~1 .5 倍. 电机负载率越低、抽油机平衡状况越好。
Phase angle between voltage and current change by change of load in motor is used on pumping unit. The phase angle tells the level of motor power factor. PSEC pumping unit adopts triphase alternating current voltage adjusting technology controlled by bilateral anti parallel silicon control to control angle of flow of silicon control with the controlling signal of the change of phase angle between voltage and current to change working voltage of motor. It makes working voltage of motor smaller than rated voltage to have energy saving effect when there is no load or light load. Energy saving effect sampling testing results show that motor average effective power loss decreases by 14.92%, average none effective power loss decreases by 30.49%, power factor increases 0.5~1.5 times. Energy saving effect is good when the load is light or motor load rate is low or the balance of pumping unit is good.
