摘要
目前煤炭价格不断上涨,火电行业经营压力巨大,现阶段火电厂掺烧煤泥等劣质煤是降低燃料成本、缓解经营压力的好方法。本文主要探讨了煤泥掺烧对锅炉制粉系统运行及燃烧稳定的影响,针对煤泥的特点所采取的输配管理原则和配烧方案,对锅炉燃烧方式进行完善并采取强化燃烧的一些具体措施进行详细探讨,在实际运行中取得了良好效果。
With coal price rising,coal-fired power plants face greater pressure.To reduce fuel cost,relieve managing pressure,coal-fired power plant now uses meager coal,such as slime coal.In this paper,we discuss about the influence of using slime coal on coal handling pulverizing system,as well as the influence on combustion stability.Also,we discuss about the improvement of burning manner and the measures to enhance combustion according to the characters of slime coal.The measures have got good results in practical running.
