摘要 综合了目前高职院校开设的"继电保护"、"电气设备"和"自动装置"等专业课程中的教学内容,并结合生产实际应用和发展,设计开发出了一套实用新型的继电保护实验实训装置。本实验实训装置将传统的电磁型继电器与新型微机型继电器有机结合,既能逼真再现生产现场继电保护调试实际工作,又能符合学生实验实训的教学要求,显著地提高了实验实训的教学效果;在结构设计上做了两方面的创新,一是将电气一次部分(电源、测量和模拟断路器)融入实验实训装置,二是继电器为组合插件结构,具有可替换性,有效地节省了装置的占地面积。 In this paper,a new-type of relay protection equipment for experiment and training is designed and developed,combined with theory on ″relay protection″,″electrical equipment″ and ″automation equipment″ in higher vocational courses and practical application.This equipment integrates traditional electric-magnetic relay with new microcomputer relay organically,which significantly improves the teaching effect of experiment and training,both reappearing relay protection debugging actual work in production site and adapting teaching requirements of student experiment and training.In the structural design,two aspects of innovations are made.Electrical first part(power supply,measure part and mimic-disconnecting switch) is integrated into this device,and relay part is plug-in module,which can be replaced easily,and also saves space,improves its efficiency.
