侧钻水平井套管段铣铣屑运移实验研究

摘要 对钻井液的环空返速、流变性能、密度及井眼倾角、铣屑尺寸等参数对侧钻水平井套管段铣铣屑环空运移的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明,钻井液的环空返速、流变参数及密度增大时,井眼净化效果较好;铣屑的环空返出率随着井眼倾角、铣屑尺寸的增大呈下降趋势。给出了对铣屑进行定量描述和分类的可行方法。运用实验观察方法对比分析了铣屑和岩屑的环空运移机理。 Some factors can affect swarf\|carrying capacities, such as annular velocity, rheological properties and density of drilling fluid, deviation angle of hole, and size of swarf. The test results show that the effect of hole cleaning will be getting better with the increase of the annular velocity, rheological parameters and density of drilling fluid. The annular swarf\|carrying velocity reduced with the increase of hole deviation angle and swarf size. The method for quantitatively describing carrying and classification of swarf is presented. The test results proved that this method is reasonable. The carrying mechanisms of swarf and rock cuttings are compared and analyzed on the basis of experiment. An empirical model for hole cleaning in consideration of synthetic factors as above is developed by the use of multi\|variate statistics.
