摘要
本文借用组织工程的思想和原理解释了组织损伤修复问题。在界定了组织损伤、组织修复与企业组织工程的内涵及其理论维度并描述了企业组织工程的作用机制基础上,提出企业组织工程包括组织认同和组织修复两个维度的假设。为展开对企业组织工程的系统研究,设计了企业组织工程测量问卷进行实际调查,并对数据进行了因子分析与检验。最后对研究结果进行了理论与实际意义的总结,并指出了未来的研究方向。
The paper uses tissue engineering of idea and principle to explain problems of organizational impairment and restoration.Based on defining organizational impairment,organizational restoration and enterprise tissue engineering of the meaning and theoretical dimension,and describing the enterprise organizational engineering mechanism,the paper proposes the hypothesis that enterprise organizational engineering includes three dimensions such as the organization identity,organizational restoration,organizational health.For research of enterprise organizational engineering systematically,the paper designs enterprise organization engineering survey questionnaire to investigate,and analyzes,inspects the data.Finally it summarizes the theoretical and practical significance for the final study achievement,and points out the future research direction.
