摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对电镀CBN砂轮进行建模,并研究了砂轮的动力学特性。从模态分析的结果可以看出砂轮的工作转速远小于其一阶临界转速时,能有效避免共振,保证磨削精度。同时,对砂轮进行谐响应分析,得到了砂轮各节点沿虚拟轴X、Y、Z向的位移-频率曲线。在此基础上,对该砂轮的谐响应规律进行了分析,得出砂轮的谐响应位移在外边缘处达到最大、由外往内逐渐减小的结论。
This paper studied the dynamic characteristics of an electroplated CBN grinding wheel by establishing a model with ANSYS finite element analysis software.The modal analysis result of the grinding wheel indicated that the working speed was much smaller than the first-order critical speed,and it could effectively avoid the resonance to ensure the grinding accuracy.Meanwhile,the displacement-frequency curves of each node of grinding wheel along the virtual axis X,Y,Z were obtained by harmonic analysis.Based on this,by analyzing the harmonic regularity of the grinding wheel,we concluded that the maximal harmonic displacement of the grinding wheel was on the outer edge of the wheel,and the harmonic displacement gradually decreased from outer to inner.
