摘要
根据空间啮合原理对径向珩轮的设计理论进行分析研究,推导出径向珩轮的齿面方程。利用M ATLAB对其齿面坐标和修形量进行编程计算,为径向珩轮的建模、修形、加工提供了依据。
This paper used the spatial meshing principle to study the designing theory of radial honing wheel,and derived its tooth surface equation.Then the paper calculated the tooth face coordinate and shaping quantity by programing with MATLAB.This study can provide basis for the modeling,shaping and processing of radial honing wheels.
