摘要
介绍了应用于电脑绣花机电控系统中的基于DSP的两相混合式步进电机细分驱动器。该驱动器以TMS320F2802 DSP作为核心控制器件,采用单极性驱动,根据合成电流矢量恒幅均匀旋转原理和电流追踪型脉宽调制技术而设计。试验结果表明此细分驱动器的性能达到了要求,具有一定的应用价值。
A kind of micro-stepping driver which is used in the control system of a computerized embroidery machine is introduced in this paper.The driver uses DSP chip TMS320F2802 as the core,adopts unipolar drive,according with the principles of composed current vector evenly rotating with constant amplitude and the current tracking PWM.The experiment result shows that the driver can meet the requirement and has a certain application value.
