摘要
三相异步电动机直接启动时,启动电流过大,转矩较小,给用电设备及电网带来了一定的影响。通过采用模糊控制与PLC相结合的方法实现了电机的软启动,给出了软启动控制系统的硬件设计与软件设计,并用M ATLAB软件进行实验仿真,实验结果验证了系统的有效性及理论的正确性。
It brings a certain impact on power equipment and power grids for the larger starting current and smaller torque when a three-phase asynchronous motor starts directly.In this paper,by combining fuzzy control and PLC,the soft start of the motor is achieved.The design of hardware and software of the soft-start control system is introduced,and the soft-start control system is simulated by MATLAB,and the experimental wave form is obtained.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the system and the accuracy of the theory.
