汽车顶蓬生产线工艺改造

Technological Transformation of Auto Ceiling Production Line

论述了汽车顶蓬在汽车设计中的重要性,并对目前广泛应用的汽车顶蓬的材料特性进行了阐述。针对某工厂原有汽车顶蓬生产工艺进行了改造,给出了整个生产工艺流程图、主要部件气动原理图。实践表明该工艺改造取得了良好的效果,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动成本。

This paper discussed the importance of auto ceiling in cars,and introduced the properties of material now widely used in auto ceiling.Corresponding to the original auto ceiling production line,it gave the transforming scheme,including the whole production flowchart and the pneumatic schematics of key components.The practice shows that a good result has been achieved,with increasing productivity and reducing labor costs.
