摘要
分析了剃须刀头架翘曲变形原因,对剃须刀头架注射模具进行了优化设计。根据CAE分析结果对工件的注塑工艺进行优化,从而改善了工件的注塑质量。
By analyzing the reason for warpage deformation of shaver frames,the paper optimized the injection mold for shaver frames.And by optimizing the injection process with CAE,the quality of the injection parts were greatly improved.
