摘要
可靠性是系统无故障工作能力的度量,主要指标有可靠度、可用度、平均无故障工作时间和平均修复时间。可用度是系统在规定工作条件下,在时刻t正常工作的概率;可靠度是系统在规定时间内完成规定功能的概率。随着可修工程系统使用时间的延长,可用度趋于定值,可靠度趋于无限小,无法反映可修系统的可维修性。因此,以可用度定量分析可修工程系统的可靠性比可靠度更合适。实例分析也表明,可用度作为可修工程系统的可靠性标准更适合于工程应用。
The reliability, availability and degree of reliability are defined. Along with the extension of service time of repairable engineering systems, the availability is close to a constant value and the degree of reliability is close to infinitely small, therefore the maintainability of the repairable systems cannot be revealed. It is more suitable to make a quantitative analysis of the reliability of repairable engineering systems by availability instead of degree of reliability. And this is proved by an example of reliability analysis.
